## Challenge

Grant Thornton needed to modernize and scale its whistleblowing channel. The legacy blockchain-based solution was overcomplicated and expensive to run on AWS, hard to maintain after the internal team left, and required manual IT work to onboard each new client (domains and configurations).

## Solution

We reworked the solution to prioritize simplicity, cost-efficiency, and scalability. We removed the blockchain layer, migrated the platform to Azure, and built a configuration module to speed up onboarding. The module supports adding a client company, branding and users without manual IT teamwork. A focused UI improvement effort delivered a cleaner, more usable experience.

## Results

Premium Minds delivered a high-impact modernization that reduced infrastructure costs up to an equivalent of 1.5 years of prior spend. On top of that, also enabled a smoother client onboarding.

The success led also to a second phase adding notifications for timely follow-up without constant manual monitoring.
